What you need to shop with us
In order to purchase from our site you must be
- Minimum of 16 years old
- Hold a credit/debit card that our payment providers accept (see logos at the bottom of the website)
Hold a credit/debit card that is in your name and you are authorised to use it
Placing and amending an order
Once you have processed a payment for your order we will send an email to you to acknowledge the order
You will be able to amend your order until the items are packed and awaiting pickup. Due to size and quantity of items that we send each day we are unable to locate individual parcels once they are in the pick up bays
If you have purchased a custom made item we are unable to amend the order once the manufacturing of the items has begun, which is usually the day after purchase.
All orders are subject to availability. We try our best to keep the stock levels on our website updated but there are times when we may not be able to fulfil your order.
We will contact you immediately if there is an issue with your order.
Prices & product descriptions
On the rare occasion that the pricing or description is incorrect we will let you know asap. You will then have the option to cancel or purchase at the correct price
If we have been unable to contact you we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
All prices include VAT
Delivery prices will also been shown in full and included in the ‘Total Cost’
Delivery
During the checkout process you will be given one or more delivery options along with an estimated delivery time.
We work tirelessly to make sure deliveries are made on time but delays can happen. For example courier delays, weather conditions, traffic jams and logistic issues including lost parcels
We do try to keep an eye on deliveries but due to the amount of variables involved getting your parcel to you it is impossible to know every single delay. We will let you know any time we spot a delay with your order.

Refunds
How to return items?
To return items please checkout our ‘Returns’ page
We will refund items for any reason as long as it meets the following criteria
- The item is in a resellable condition (see below)
- The item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase
How will I be refunded?
Items will be refunded in full by the way of original payment. The refund will be with you within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Proof the item has been posted
We recommend that you get proof of postage when sending items back. Sometimes items do not arrive back or they go missing. Proof of postage will help you track the parcel or get a refund from the return courier.
All returned items should be unused, in a resellable condition. This includes
Resellable condition
- Products should be in the original packaging and labels
- Products should be free of mud and earth
- Products should be free or chips, marks and scrapes
If the item is returned in a non resellable condition we will be unable to refund the order. In this case the items will be sent back to you.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
